1. The offer is valid for Hertz and Thrifty rental bookings made between 09/09/2025 and 15/09/2025, with pickup dates from 01/10/2025 to 31/03/2026, and rental duration from 2 to 14 days.
2. Discounts apply as follows: 20% discount for rentals between 01/10/2025 – 14/12/2025, 10% to 20% discount for rentals between 15/12/2025 – 11/01/2026 and 15% to 30% discount for rentals between 12/01/2026 – 31/03/2026.
3. The offer is valid exclusively for bookings made through https://rentacar.aegeanair.com or via https://en.aegeanair.com/ during flight ticket issuance, using the promotional code CDP 798393.
4. The offer is valid for all car categories (excluding vans) across the Autohellas Hertz network in Greece.
5. The offer applies only to the basic rental rate. It does not apply to optional coverages such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) (unless included in the basic rate), any additional charges (including but not limited to one-way fees, location or return change fees, or additional driver fees), taxes or optional extras such as SuperCover, personal insurance, child seats, GPS, and fuel, which are charged at standard rates.

9. All rentals are subject to the General Rental Terms of Hertz and Thrifty.
10. For prepaid bookings, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the rental start time will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a €40 plus VAT cancellation fee. For pay at location bookings, cancellations are allowed according to the General Rental Terms of Hertz and Thrifty.
11. To collect Miles+Bonus miles, the main driver’s membership number must be provided at the time of booking and upon vehicle pickup.
