It’s a website developed by AEGEAN in collaboration with Hertz in order to offer Aegean passengers the option to rent a car online at special rates and all Miles+Bonus members (Blue, Silver or Gold) the chance to win up to 1,500 award miles on completion of the rental. Aegean offers you the ability to book the car that fully meets your travelling needs and budget choosing between some of the most trusted car rental providers across the world (Hertz, Thrifty, Firefly).
How can I get special rates on online car rentals?
If you travel with AEGEAN or Olympic Air, enter the booking reference number for your flight or your Miles+Bonus member ID number in the relevant field on the home page and complete the “Select vehicle” field at the next step. If your booking reference number is valid then you will be offered special car rental rates.
For how long am I eligible for special car rental rates as a passenger of AEGEAN?
The special rates are valid from the day your ticket was booked up until 30 days after the date of the last flight on this booking. The special rates available with your Miles+Bonus member ID number are valid for as long as your account is active.
How many times can I rent a car at a special rate?
Each passenger is eligible for one car rental per flight booking reference number. For members of the Miles+Bonus programme, the special rate is valid each time you rent a car through Hertz and its network of partners, simply by presenting your Miles+Bonus member ID number.
How can I earn Miles+Bonus award miles when renting a car?
Enter your Miles+Bonus member ID number during the first step of your booking and our system will recognise you as a member. Within two weeks of the completion of your rental (and as long as the vehicle you selected belongs to the Hertz fleet) the award miles earned from your booking will be credited to your account.

When will the Miles+Bonus miles that I am entitled to from the car rental be credited to my account?
The Miles+Bonus award miles that you are eligible for will be credited to you two weeks after the completion of the car rental. These are award miles and cannot be used to upgrade or maintain your tier.
How can I redeem Miles+Bonus miles on a car rental from Hertz?
You may redeem miles at https://rentacar.aegeanair.com/ or through an online redemption request from your Miles+Bonus account.

You may redeem miles with a ratio of 300 award miles for every 1 euro spent.
You may earn miles during the redemption process.
The minimum number of miles you can redeem is 1,500 miles (5 euros) per transaction.

You can redeem miles on a free car rental through the online redemption request via your Miles+Bonus account at least 1 working day before the date from which you want to rent. You will then be notified by a Hertz representative as to whether your application has been accepted or rejected. If it is accepted the corresponding miles will automatically be discounted from your account. Miles can only be redeemed in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia and Croatia. Will I receive any further special offers as a Gold member of the Miles+Bonus programme?
Gold Miles+Bonus programme members are entitled to upgrade the category of their rental car in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia and Croatia on presentation of their card at the pickup location and as long as the vehicle is available. With the free upgrade, only the award miles for the category of car that was initially booked are credited.
